The timing caught attention, coming right after the Seoul High Court upheld an injunction barring the five members from pursuing independent activities or signing separate endorsement deals. Despite ongoing legal disputes, the group has reportedly continued fulfilling previously arranged commitments alongside ADOR personnel. The Omega event was one such pre-planned appearance.
Last November, NewJeans publicly announced their intent to terminate their contract with ADOR and HYBE, launching a new identity under the name “NJZ.” However, the courts have consistently ruled in favor of ADOR, effectively halting the members' attempts to promote independently.
